Spain & Portugal: free shipping over 70€ (standard). Under 70€, standard shipping 8€ (2-3 business days after shipping).
Western Europe: free shipping over 80€ (standard). Under 80€, standard shipping 12€ (3-4 business days after shipping).
UK & Eastern Europe: free shipping over 80€ (standard). Under 80€, standard shipping 18€ (3-4 business days after shipping).
USA & Canada: free shipping over 100€ (standard). Under 100€, standard shipping 18€ (4-7 business days after shipping).
Rest of the world: free shipping over 300€. Under 300€, standard shipping 40€ (7-10 business days).

CUSTOMS & DUTY
For shipments outside of the EU and islands: Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.
Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.
DELIVERY FAILURES
The shipping company will try to deliver the package to the provided address, then sent to the closest pick up point. An email with this information will be sent to the email address provided when purchasing the order. If you did not provide any email address, you will need to check the status of the delivery by contacting us. If the package is not picked up in the access point in a limited time set by the shipping company, the order will be returned to us at our cost. On Tracks Studio will not make any new delivery. If you want On Tracks Studio to make a new delivery, return costs and new shipping costs will be charged. We will be authorized to charge you all costs arising from the return process.
